Classic: small buckle pair, for vest with the same size top and bottom buckle (MLV/MLV2/SV2/LV/SV3)
VHR/H: small and large buckle, for vest with top buckle smaller and bottom larger
ST: for vest with specialty top buckle closer with larger buckle for bottom
