Inherent risks include, but are not limited to, the unpredictable behavior of horses, which may result in injury, death, or loss to individuals nearby; animal reactions to sounds, sudden movements, unfamiliar objects, or other animals; hazards related to terrain or surface conditions; collisions with other animals, people, or objects; negligent actions by others that may contribute to injury or loss; and the potential for horses to buck, rear, stumble, fall, kick, bite, or run away without provocation.

In motor sports, participants may face challenges that test their physical and mental limits, carrying the potential for serious injury, death, and property loss. Risks may arise from terrain, facilities, temperature, weather conditions, participant capabilities, equipment, vehicular traffic, and the actions of others.

It is the sole responsibility of the rider (and, in the case of minors, their parents or legal guardians) to select the appropriate vest. The rider (or their legal guardians) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Hit-Air, its members, directors, officers, agents, volunteers, employees, contractors, insurers, and their successors or assigns from any and all liability for any injury or death arising from or related to the purchase and use of any air vest, accessory, or other Hit-Air product or service.
