Our Journey of Innovation
1998 – The Beginning
After extensive trial and error, we completed and announced the world's first airbag jacket for motorcyclists—a revolutionary moment in rider safety.
1999 – European Expansion & Recognition
Launched in Europe where safety standards are exceptionally high. Partnered with world-renowned brands SPIDI (Italy), IXS (Switzerland), and LOUIS (Germany), establishing our reputation for reliability.
🏆 Awards: Gold Medal in Safety Protection Life-Saving Division and Silver Medal overall at the World Exhibition of Inventions in Belgium.
2000 – Equestrian Excellence
🏆 Gold Trophy at the prestigious "Salon du Cheval" in Paris.
2001 – Hit-Air Brand Launch
Officially launched the Hit-Air jacket, establishing our brand identity.
2003 – Professional Adoption & Certification
Major milestones in safety and professional use:
- Supplied Japan Police Headquarters with airbag vests for motorcycle police
- Obtained CE Marking approval by the EU for MC Model airbag vest
- Launched airbag vest for horse riding, expanding into equestrian safety
2004-2005 – Global Law Enforcement & Innovation
Supplied Spanish Police with airbag vests (2004).
2005: Awarded highest prize at JPMS Motorcycle Show in France. Launched revolutionary buckle-type one-touch connector with increased strength and reliability, jointly developed with YKK and Mugen Denko.
2006 – Premium Partnerships
Signed OEM deals with top-brand apparel manufacturers. Supplied Imperial Guard Headquarters with airbag vests for horse riding. Launched smaller, lighter Y-type key box, jointly developed with YKK and Mugen Denko.
2007-2008 – Scientific Validation
2007: Authorized by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to develop new business fields through multisectoral collaboration.
2008: Verification testing by Japan Automobile Research Institute (JARI) proved that Hit-Air effectively absorbs shock and protects riders.
2009-2010 – Expanding Applications
Supplied Brazilian fire stations with airbag jackets. Invented and launched Extretcher (airbag stretcher) for emergency rescue.
2010: Supplied Dubai Police with MX-5 airbag jacket, Spanish Police with MLV-Y all-in-one airbag harness, and China Police with airbag systems.
2011 – Proven Injury Reduction
JARI evaluation tests confirmed that riders wearing Hit-Air airbag jackets can reduce neck injury severity to less than serious injury. Supplied Kuwait Police with MX-5 airbag jacket and French gendarmerie with airbag systems.
2012-2014 – Specialized Protection
2012: Supplied Japan Police with MLV-C model (PM-001) and coastal fire departments with airbag protector vests.
2014: Supplied Ireland and Australia Police with airbag vests. Began development of innovative Air Hoof technology.
2015-2017 – Global Reach
Continued expansion with supplies to Turkish Police, Madrid Police, Korean Motorcycle Police, Bahrain Motorcycle Police, and Swedish Mounted Police with multiple vest models.
2018 – Sensor Technology & Beyond
Jointly developed sensor-equipped airbag vests with NEXCO CENTRAL (Central Nippon Expressway Company). Invented and launched Extretcher-S (airbag stretcher with sliding board).
